“APMG” APM Group AMPG is an organisation which accredits organisations such as Balance Global to deliver APMG copyright training courses and offer associated APMG examinations. Of the many qualification courses APMG offer this includes Change Management and AgilePM.
“AXELOS” AXELOS is a joint venture set up in 2017 by the Government of the United Kingdom and Capita, to develop, manage and operate qualifications in best practice, in methodologies formerly owned by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC). These qualifications form part of the Best Practice Portfolio and AXELOS offers these exams via an independent examination institute (examination board) who is currently PeopleCert.

“Delegate” Person nominated by Client to attend a classroom Course
“Exam Institute”
An Examination Institute (EI) is an organization accredited by AXELOS and permitted to operate an examination scheme through a network of Accredited Training Organizations, and Accredited Trainers with Accredited materials. Currently this is limited to a single organisation called PeopleCert.
“Exam Booking Vouchers” All our eLearning qualification courses offer online proctor examinations which are bookable using an Exam Booking Voucher issued by this website. These vouchers have a defined expiry date beyond which they cannot be used.
“User” Someone with user name and password access to the website
‘Valid Confirmed booking’
means the firm agreement between Balance Global and the client for attendance at a training course on a specified date. Confirmed bookings are only valid when Paid for the course in full through the balance global website balance-global.com.
