PRINCE2 Practitioner Online Elearning Only

Interactive self paced eLearning course

This course is designed to help those who have typically passed PRINCE2® at Foundation Level and wish to study PRINCE2® to Practitioner Level without exam  (upgrade exams can  be purchased when ready in course).

Anyone who has to work within a project environment and needs to understand the structure and terminology of PRINCE2® will benefit from Foundation & Practitioner training.

PRINCE2® was originally developed in 1989 to address the issues that were commonly causing UK government IT projects to fail. Since then the method has undergone a couple of re-writes to take account of feedback from its practical use and to bring it in line with other AXELOS methods. The current version was released in 2009 and is used internationally.

The Foundation level qualification tests how much of the method learners have absorbed and the Practitioner level qualification tests application of the method within a scenario situation.

Balance Global’s PRINCE2® eLearning Practitioner course is accredited by the PeopleCert (exam institute), ensuring that delegates receive a consistently high standard of training. The course is presented by our lead PRINCE2® trainer (rather than an actor) to ensuring the best possible experience for our learners. Although this is an eLearning course – we still cater for different learning styles:

    • Visual Learners – through good visual presentation, mind maps and colour coding of key points
    • Auditory Learners – through clear voice-overs, delivered by our lead PRINCE2® trainer, ensuring emphasis in the right places. Deaf learners will be able to see a full transcript of the audio files.
    • Kinaesthetic Learners – through embedded exercises and interactive trainer support.

The course materials are regularly reviewed and kept in-line with the syllabus as set by AXELOS (the method’s owner). The course draws on the current official manual “Managing Successful Projects using PRINCE2®” 2009 edition.

Didn’t realize the product I bought didn’t include the exam. Can’t fault the eLearning though – it made the mock exams included easy enough.
