Whats is PRINCE2® 2009 ?

PRINCE2® was originally developed in 1989 to address the issues that were commonly causing UK government IT projects to fail. Since then the method has undergone a couple of re-writes to take account of feedback from its practical use and to bring it in line with other AXELOS methods. The current version was released in 2009 and is used internationally. This version of PRINCE2® will be discontinued by AXELOS on the 31/12/17 and replaced by PRINCE2® 2017.

  • Worked through all the course sections and units at least once

This means there are fewer opportunities for your exam to be disqualified because of in-advertent mistakes with in the exam process itself.

Purchasing this course with exam will automatically send you an email with voucher codes and links to use the codes to make your exam booking booking. The exam is run through our Examination Institute (PeopleCert) remote Proctor service. You can book your exam for a time and day of your choosing including weekends and evenings, but you need to give 10 days’ notice of when this is.

Within 24 hours of booking your exam you will receive a confirmation email asking you to register on the PeopleCert’s (Exam Institute) website before for your exam takes place.

Please note that you need to redeem your vouchers (book your exam) within the course expiry period which in this case is 31/12/17.

Course Reviews

  1. Great course – managed to get through it pretty quickly. Thanks Balance.

  2. Found the downloadable App really useful – meant I could do much of it on the trains and tubes because I get a dodgy signal on my line.

  3. Profile photo of Madaline Madaline says:

This course makes a complicated subject easy to understand. I feel I can go away and use the stuff I learnt without having to take the expensive exams.

  4. Only a small criticism in that the foundation and practitioner courses were placed in my dashboard the wrong way around – i.e. the practitioner course was at the top & foundation underneath. It didn’t affect the course content at all and could take them in the right order – foundation first.
