All projects enable change in organizations, and this unique course bundle offers the ‘best of both’ for those delivering projects and effecting organizational change, whether large or small. As both courses are fully accredited you can be assured that they cover the relevant syllabus and are of very high quality.

A structured approach to managing projects is provided by PRINCE2®. It is recognised globally as a best practice approach, and provides step-by-step guidance through 7 processes. PRINCE2® also provides focus through principles, which are guiding obligations, and detailed subject by subject guidance through a number of themes. PRINCE2® has been established for many years and this course is fully accredited by PeopleCert / Axelos.

However, PRINCE2® doesn’t cover the ‘people side’ of change, which is where the Change Management course comes in. Often individuals are resistant to change, and this needs to be understood and planned for. This qualification is fully accredited by the APMG, and was developed in conjunction with the Change Management Institute. Recognition of the importance of change management is increasing globally and evident in the number of job opportunities that require knowledge in this area.

Having knowledge of both of these subjects is a very powerful combination, and will help you in the following ways:

    • Gain / retain employment as these lead to highly respected qualifications
    • Increase the likelihood of your projects succeeding
    • Understand and avoid the common reasons for project failure
